November 9-11, 2006- Coming Back to Life:  a time of spiritual and social renewal

Jerry Johnson and Weir Creek Hot Springs, and staying at Lochsa Lodge.  This is over presidents day weekend;  we will do a thurs. and friday night retreat and be home on saturday.  cost is only $20.  friends are welcome!  We currently have about 14 people signed up and have room for a few more, so jump on in!  Call Pastor John if you are interested in going: 396-4974

Sixteen students, a campus pastor, two UM vans, a tub of tools, a box of food and 38 hours of open road to Oceans Springs, Mississippi; it was a long grind on a shoestring budget with the purpose of working on houses damaged by Hurricane Katrina. Our reasons for going were many; curiosity, wanting to help in a tangible way, get away from the dredges of school, experience something new, and maybe make a difference in someone's life. READ MORE
